Are you actually licensed for Level 2 ASP work?
Yes — in-house, not subcontracted. We hold current Level 2 ASP authorisation (326250C) and can carry out overhead and underground service connections, metering and upgrades ourselves.
What does 'lifetime workmanship warranty' actually cover?
For as long as you own the property, if any workmanship we performed fails — a joint, a termination, a mounting — we come back and fix it at no cost. Product warranties are separate and passed through from the manufacturer.
Do you cover emergencies out of hours?
We answer calls 6am–9pm, 7 days. After-hours emergencies (power loss, safety hazards) are handled on a callout basis — you'll speak to a licensed electrician, not a call centre.
Can you do commercial and strata work?
Yes. We work with Sydney strata managers, commercial builders and facility teams — including compliance programs, EV-ready car parks, common-area lighting and defect rectification.
