What the work actually looks like in Inner West.

The Inner West is largely pre-war terraces and semis, and the electrical picture is consistent: original mains running down the side of the house, a board that's been added to three times, and often black rubber-insulated cable still live behind the walls.

Renovation work here almost always triggers a mains and switchboard upgrade before anything else can be signed off, and the terrace layouts mean the meter position and point of attachment often need rethinking rather than just replacing.

Rewires and old cable

Rubber and early PVC cable identified, tested and replaced circuit by circuit, without gutting the house.

Terrace mains and meter relocation

Level 2 work where the existing point of attachment or meter position no longer complies.

Warehouse conversions and studios

Three-phase distribution and lighting design for converted industrial spaces.
